Last month, my friends Gerry & Tessa took a picture of me working outside a Cambridge café.
I knew nothing about it until our Christmas card from them arrived!

Dear Doctor,

The hair loss is truly spectacular. However, a glance at your main website shows your career is also truly spectacular. Are the two related? If so, should I shave my well-thatched head?
