Michael set off from his native Lilliput and drove up North to Brobdingnag, where he parked his car next to one belonging to a native.

Strictly speaking, it was my car 🙂 The density of trucks in Lincolnshire was surprising. We did go out in a small one (a Freelander) briefly, allowing Michael to demonstrate the correct way to do an emergency stop, in order to preserve an unexpected fox on a suburban main road. Mostly, though, whilst driving we were both engaged in pondering ways to alert the many motorbikes that our other vehicle only has two wheels…
