soo cute.. what kind of bird is this??

Mmm.. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know. I met him at a local bird-of-prey rescue centre yesterday, but we weren’t formally introduced..

I thought he might be a young harris hawk, or red-tailed hawk, but I don’t think his colouring is quite right?
